We’re recruiting: Programme Manager, Maternity Cover

We’re looking for a brilliant Programme Manager to join Team TWR on a maternity cover basis - an initial six-month contract, with potential to extend up to 12 months.
​
This is a key role supporting the volunteers, communities and programmes at the heart of This Woman Runs. You’ll help: support our nationwide TWR communities, guide and encourage our volunteer Community Leaders and Run Angels, coordinate the delivery of Run30, manage community communications and reporting, and help strengthen our impact as we work towards reaching and supporting hundreds of thousands more women to be active, more often, for life.

We’re looking for someone organised, practical and great with people - ideally someone with experience supporting volunteers or communities, strong communication skills, good judgement and a passion for helping more women feel confident, connected and supported to be active.
​
