Choose the session that makes you feel good
Life can be busy and sometimes a juggle. That’s why we keep things flexible. Each week there’s a choice of sessions, so whether you’re new to running, building things up, or just fancy something steady, you can choose what feels right on the day.
All sessions are volunteer-led, friendly and supportive, with the focus on headspace, not pace. Everything is done at a chat-friendly effort — no pressure, no expectations.
Session options:
45-minute walk
30-minute run
45-minute run
60-minute run
Turn up, pick your session, and enjoy some time that's all for you - to move, chat and make new friends.

Support others. Feel good doing it.
This Woman Runs Greville Smyth Park is run entirely by local volunteers. Volunteering is a genuinely rewarding way to support other women, stay active yourself, and be part of a welcoming local community. No experience is needed — full training and ongoing support are provided.
