Run30 – TWR's 10 Week Beginner Running Programme Greville Smyth Park, Ashton Road, Bristol, BS3 2EQ What3words: trades.monkey.tree Run30 is a supportive 10-week journey from zero to 30 minutes of running, designed to build your confidence, fitness and enjoyment with expert coaching and a friendly group around you. Designed by This Woman Runs founder, Mel Bound, this is a tried and tested programme that has helped thousands of women discover that running can feel good. It’s built around time on your feet, not pace or distance, so everyone progresses at their own speed - and by the end of the programme, you’ll be able to run for 30 minutes continuously. What’s included: ✔️ Weekly coached group session to guide you through each stage of the programme ✔️ A supportive WhatsApp group for accountability, encouragement and connection ✔️ Regular coach check-ins throughout the week ✔️ Up to two additional sessions each week to do in your own time or with others ✔️ Free access to the Run30 app (named Apple’s Best Running App in the UK, 2021), with guided sessions and interval timers - plus coaching from Mel in your ear as you go ✔️ A programme built on a proven, progressive structure that works Run30 is designed so that everyone can succeed - it’s not about how fast you go, just about building consistency and confidence in a way that feels achievable and enjoyable. And once you’ve completed the programme, you can continue your journey by joining our free weekly TWR community runs, which take place at the same time and location - making it easy to keep showing up and stay part of the community.

Cancellation Policy

Run30 Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking a place on the Run30 programme, you agree to the following terms: Bookings - Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. - Each booking is for one participant and covers all 10 sessions of the programme. Cancellations & Refunds - You may cancel your place up to 5 days before the start of the first session for a full refund. Please contact the team on hello@thiswomanruns.com - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the start date or once the programme has begun. - Transfers to a future programme are not guaranteed and are offered only at our discretion. Waitlist - If the programme is full, you may join the waitlist. - Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place. - If a space becomes available, we will contact people on the waitlist in order. Places will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis once notified. Missed Sessions - Refunds or partial refunds are not provided for missed sessions. - Sessions cannot be carried over or transferred to another location. Programme Changes - In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule a session (e.g., severe weather or coach illness), we will notify all participants as soon as possible. - If the entire programme is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
