Local, social runs are the heartbeat of TWR. Just moments from home, you can expect a warm welcome from trained volunteers, a warm-up and cool-down, an at-the-pace-of-chat run around the local sights - and 30-45 minutes of pressure-free headspace. Bliss!

New to running
(or haven't run for a while)?
We welcome runners of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities with open arms. Runs are designed based on "minutes moving", rather than pace or distance which means we can be more inclusive to all women.
Pace doesn't matter but hopefully you'll feel comfortable running for 30 minutes. There are stops for photos along the way which means we can all catch our breath!
Volunteers use a simple "looping system" that enables everyone to run at the pace they feel happy at, and means we keep the group together - everyone is safe, and no one will ever be left behind.
